The Internet has changed the world of business and the Welfare to Work sector is no exception. Access to work is quicker and easier than ever before and thousands of people every day spend hours searching the Internet for suitable work opportunities.
Unfortunately the choice and divergence of Internet job sites can make online job hunting a truly daunting experience for many individuals and can result in even greater disappointment as Internet job hunting is like searching for a needle in the proverbial haystack.
There are many hundreds of job boards in the UK alone advertising work opportunities and the number is growing every week.
To help address this issue, Kaonix has developed client-match, an Internet vacancy aggregator that automatically searches the UK's top Internet job sites and returns relevant vacancies in real time through a single job seeker portal.
Simple
In a nutshell, the job seeking client keys in their personal aspiration, e.g. carpenter, Walsall, £16,000. client-match then instantly searches all the UK's top job boards and online newspapers and returns the search results into the client's personal account. The client can then accept or decline each relevant opportunity and client-match keeps a record of their job seeking history.
Fully integrated
Following their initial search, the client's personal aspiration is then re-searched every 24 hours to capture any new jobs (posted on the job boards) that match their personal aspiration and ensure that no opportunity is missed.
Easy to use interface
client-match has been developed to be very user friendly, with a simple, easy to use interface.
Key features and benefits:
- Accessed over the Internet so available from anywhere, e.g. home, library, internet café, training provider, college.
- All matches are recorded and the client must accept / decline the vacancy, giving reasons for declining.
- All client information can be automatically pre-populated from data provided by the organisation's CRM system, e.g. MAYTAS.
- All client job seeking activity can then be automatically passed back to their CRM system, including the number of opportunities offered and the number accepted/rejected.
Gains to be achieved by implementing client-match:
- Clients can find and apply for work opportunities and arrange interviews with prospective employers quicker than ever before.
- Speeds up the recruitment process and enables people to be placed in employment and generate income more quickly.
- Provides real-time information to the DWP on client activity.
- Puts more people into work, more quickly.
